| March 31, 2009 – After adding the product lines in early 2004, Performance by Fisher Inc has become a major distributor for American Racing and Weld Racing products, specializing in the Pro Series lines for both brands. “As IHRA sportsman racers ourselves, we know how much we depend on contingency payouts to get us through each season,” said Kevin. “By offering contingency to our customers and fellow racers, we feel it’s the least we can do.” Continuing with the 2009 season, Performance by Fisher Inc will offer contingency postings in IHRA sportsman classes from Top Sportsman all the way through Hot Rod at 7 IHRA National Events. Payouts will be for either American Racing or Weld Racing Pro Series (set of 4) wheel purchases made with Performance by Fisher Inc after Jan 1, 2008. The complete list of IHRA national events that Performance by Fisher Inc will post payout for is event also includes Tulsa, Edmonton, Grand Bend, Martin, Epping, Budds Creek and the World Finals at Rockingham. They will also be available at each of these races for trackside support along with many IHRA Division 1 & 3 events. Contingency will also be offered for all 5 of the 2009 IHRA Summit Team Finals for both Box and No Box. |

Completed contingency form must be returned within 30 days of receiving product and on file prior to event claimed. Contingency is non-transferable and will only be paid to the original purchaser.
